Pest-Free Homes.
Greener Lawns.
Warren Gullette is a Texas Certified Applicator with a Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture and Turfgrass Science. Over ten years treating North Texas yards means he’s seen your exact problem before — and knows what actually fixes it. One annual program covers pest control and lawn care together.
Pest control and lawn care,
from one certified applicator.
Mix and match services into a plan that fits your property and your budget.
Household Pest Control
Perimeter treatments that keep roaches, spiders, ants and other pests outside where they belong — year-round.
Learn more →Mosquito Control
Monthly barrier treatments April through October so your yard is actually usable during North Texas evenings.
Learn more →Termite Control
Collin County has active subterranean termites. Pre-treating new construction is the cheapest protection you can buy.
Learn more →Weed Control & Fertilization
A full-season program timed to your grass type — not a generic calendar. Feeds the turf and targets weeds before they take over.
Learn more →Fire Ant Control
Treating individual mounds with contact killer moves the colony ten feet. A broadcast bait program eliminates it.
Learn more →Trees, Shrubs & Ornamentals
Systemic insecticides and foliar sprays that protect the landscaping you’ve invested in — scale, aphids and fungal disease included.
Learn more →He studied the science.
You get the yard.
Most pest and lawn technicians have a license and a route sheet. Warren has those — plus a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture with a Turfgrass Science specialization. That means when your Bermuda is struggling in clay soil, he understands why, not just what product to reach for.
Ten years working specifically in North Texas matters. He knows the termite pressure in Collin County, the fire ant density, the pH problems in heavy clay soil. He’s treated your neighbors’ yards.
When you call, Warren answers. When something isn’t right between visits, he comes back and makes it right.

Your neighbors switched. Here’s what they said.
“Warren actually knows what he’s talking about. He walked me through why my Bermuda was struggling and fixed it. The lawn looks better than it ever did with the big national company we used before.”
“Fire ants were everywhere in my backyard. Warren treated the whole yard — not just the mounds — and I haven’t seen a single mound in six months. Worth every penny.”
“We bundled pest and lawn together and it’s the easiest thing we’ve done since moving to Celina. One call, Warren handles everything, and our neighbors keep asking what we did to our yard.”
